NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On the date and time shown below, a PUBLIC HEARING will be held to receive representations from any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following matter: 

The RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF LAKESHORE in respect to Section 3.5 dimensional standards table within the SR zone and section 2.23 Riparian and wetland areas Part A.

Hearing Location:                           206 Mackenzie Ave, Ochre River, MB

Date & Time:                                    July 17/2024

General Intent of Variance:             Vary rear yard Riparian setback of 100 ft from high water

                                                           mark to 56 ft. and required west side yard setback of 10 ft 

                                                            to 3 ft 6 inches for the construction of a house and dock

Area Affected:                                    Lot 1/Plan 45008/324 Oako Beach Drive
